All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane.

Glow Ring Light Co. currently ships to all metropolitan and regional areas throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

We now also offer international shipping. If you have any questions regarding shipping cost or timeframes for international shipping please reach out to us via the contact form below. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

Australian Customers

We use a variety of carriers to deliver our orders depending on our customer’s location. These include Australia Post, Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please and StarTrack. 

Our regular shipping rates:

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $7.00 Australia wide
  • Orders over $50: Free shipping is automatically applied at the checkout

Our express shipping rates:

  • Flat rate of $10.00 for small packages (pocket ring lights, desktop ring lights, clip on ring lights)
  • Calculated at the time of checkout for large packages (floor standing ring lights, wall/ceiling mounts) 

New Zealand Customers

We are now proud to be shipping our ring lights to New Zealand! We offer standard shipping and use DHL eCommerce (NZ Parcel Direct) and Australia Post to service these deliveries. 

Our regular shipping rates:

  • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $15.00 New Zealand wide
  • Orders over $50: Free shipping is automatically applied at the checkout

Our express shipping rates:

  • Calculated at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We aim to ship all orders from our Brisbane warehouse within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. Orders placed over the weekend/public holiday will be processed the following business day. The following table has been prepared as a guide.

Please note that we cannot make any guarantees relating to how long your order will take to reach you. Please allow for potential delays around peak times, such as Christmas.

Tracking information (where available) will automatically be sent to the email address entered at the time of checkout. Please ensure you check your spam folder if you have not received tracking information within 2 business days.

Please note, if you order more than 1 item, items may arrive in multiple packages, and so may not necessarily arrive on the same day.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that once we have processed your order shipping delays are outside of our control. We make no guarantees as to the delivery time, on free or express postage, and can only ever provide our best estimate on how long a product will take to reach you. We will always do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
