Here at Glow Ring Light Co., we hope you find a product that you love and will serve you well for years to come.

Change of Mind
Placed an order and it's not quite right? Products can be returned to us for an exchange or refund, please just get in contact with us!

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and tracking information must be provided to us.

We do not accept change of mind returns for bulk orders (5 units or more). Please reach out to us if you need help choosing the right product.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Item Supplied
If you have received a product that is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible, including details of the issue and relevant photos/video.

For any incorrect, faulty or defective products, we will endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible. We may request that the item be returned to us so we can verify and investigate the defect prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to offer a full refund if the replacement product is not available.
Shipping Delays
We aim to dispatch your orders from our Queensland warehouse as quickly as possible. Once it leaves our hands we unfortunately have no control over any shipping delays. We therefore can make no guarantees as to the delivery time as we use standard couriers such as Australia Post, Aramex Couriers and Couriers Please. Please however reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your items delivery.
