Here at Glow Ring Light Co. we are doing everything we can to keep supplying the Australian market and we wanted to keep you updated on our situation here at our HQ.
We are doing all we can to keep our team and their families safe. Our admin team are working remotely from home, whilst our warehouse team and partners are keeping up the highest hygiene standards.
Processing Time: We are experiencing a high demand for our products at this time, and thank you all for your support. Whilst we ordinarily aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, processing is taking a little longer than usual. We ask that you please be patient with us during this time. If you need your order dispatched urgently, please let us know in the order comments or via email and we will do our best to prioritise your request.
Standard Delivery: Our delivery partners are working around the clock to deliver orders and we thank you for their efforts. Once dispatched, most orders are still arriving within 5-10 business days Australia wide, though please continue to be patient in case there is a slight delay in transit.
Express Delivery: We have temporarily suspended our express delivery option for 14″ and 19″ ring light sets, as a result of delays with this service. If you are in need of your order urgently, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will see if we can accommodate you.
Sydney Pick Up: At the time of writing, we are still facilitating contactless pick ups of our 14″ and 19″ ring light sets from our Seven Hills distributor. Pick ups must be confirmed via email prior to purchase.

All orders come with free shipping, regardless of your order size or location. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering. Deliveries generally take 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note, if you order more than 1 item, items may arrive in multiple packages, and so may not arrive on the same day.
EXPRESS SHIPPING (14″, 19″ & 22″ glow ring light kits only) – Temporarily Suspended
You asked, we listened! We know that sometimes you need your order like… yesterday. We are now pleased to offer flat rate express shipping to speed things up for you.
Please note we are unable to guarantee delivery within a certain period of time as once your order is with our courier it is beyond our control. However, you can trust that your order will arrive quicker using this option than using our regular, free shipping option.
Here is a guide for shipping times using our express shipping option.
- Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane/Canberra metro – 1-2 business days
- Adelaide metro – 2-4 business days
- Perth/Hobart/Darwin metro – 4-7 business days
- Regional areas – 4-8 business days
Please note applies only to the purchase of 14″, 19″ & 22″ ring light kits. If you have opted for the express option for a 14″, 19″ or 22″ ring light kit, and you have also ordered an additional item that is NOT one of these, your items will be shipped separately with the other item(s) sent by regular post, as above.
SYDNEY PICK UP
As of July 2020, we are pleased to announce that we now have a distributor in Sydney offering same day pick up, including after hours and weekends, in Seven Hills or North Ryde.
Items available for pick up are the 14″ and 19″ LED glow ring light sets. This must be coordinated with us prior to purchasing.
Please note we will deny all requests for refunds initiated because of shipping delays outside of our control. We make no guarantees as to the delivery time, on free or express postage, and can only ever provide our best estimate on how long a product will take to reach you. We will always do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
By shopping with us, you automatically agree to this mutual understanding that Glow Ring Light Co. will not be held liable for any delays experienced whilst your order is in transit or any inconveniences caused to you. No order cannot be cancelled on the basis that you have not yet received it.
